GRP Profile Gratings are also available upon request with a matrix of vinylester resin or phenolic resin. All types of resins are self-extinguishing and UV-stabilised.

Construction

GRP Profile Gratings are based upon H-beams in the load-bearing direction, which are bonded together torsionally rigid with rods and spacing sleeves at a defined distance to each other.

Design

Standard GRP Profile Gratings are made of a matrix of polyester resin. The reinforcement is achieved by a combination of fibreglass mats and rovings with a glass content of approx. 65%. Standard colours are grey or yellow, but all other colours are possible.
